ROBERT C. RAMIREZ: We see our role as problem solvers and not problem creators. We want to make sure that we're serving our clients and not making things more complicated or more difficult for them. I think it's also our role to make sure that we act as a guide to keep our clients informed, let them know what's going on at every stage of the probate or guardianship case.

We practice in all of north Texas for guardianship and probate. And we're familiar with being in front of all those different courts, their local rules and procedures.
Experience matters. There's no question about that. And I believe that our firm has tremendous experience in both areas. But I think what's also important is that the person has a passion for it, that they believe in it, and that they're trying to help the individuals that are in these situations.
