Denton Registered Guardian / North Texas Mediator
Attorney Robert Ramirez serves as a Guardian for special needs and elderly clients during guardianship proceedings. Robert is a Certified Registered Guardian in good standing with the National Guardianship Foundation. He is also a member of the Texas Guardianship Association and the Arc of Texas. Robert is able to serve as a temporary guardian during the process of establishing guardianship.
If you are a lawyer looking for someone to serve as a registered guardian of the person or guardian of the estate, contact Robert Ramirez at the law office of Coorpender & Ramirez.
Serving as a guardian, rather than as an attorney, requires an added level of compassion and care that Robert is well-equipped to handle. His experience as a guardian, his consideration for others, and his ability to make sound decisions greatly benefits those who cannot make decisions for themselves.
Robert offers services as a registered guardian in several capacities within the court system. As a guardian, he acts with good faith, trust, confidence, and places the person's needs and interests in the forefront. In the area of family law, Robert is able to step in as a guardian to advocate for the person's best interest. He addresses issues such as divorce, equitable division of property, and alimony. When a person is unable to make decisions for themselves, assistance from someone with compassion and experience can be extremely helpful.
In other instances, special needs and elderly individuals require help. Whether helping clients make decisions regarding finances, medical care, or living arrangements, Robert consistently looks out for their best interests.
Robert's involvement in and commitment to the guardianship process is appreciated by clients and family members alike. Contact Coorpender & Ramirez for more information. We service clients in Denton, Cooke, and Collin counties, including the communities of Gainesville, Plano, Ponder, and Lake Dallas, among others.
